1. Returns
We accept returns on most items within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- In its original, unused, and unopened condition.
- Returned with the original packaging, labels, and any included accessories or instructions.
- Not a final sale or non-returnable item (see exclusions below).

2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective, incorrect, or damaged items).
- Partial Refunds: In some cases, partial refunds may be issued for used or opened products if they are not in resellable condition.
3. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please return the item for a refund and place a new order. You can follow the same return process outlined above to initiate the refund.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Certain products are not eligible for returns, including:
- Customized or Personalized Products: Products that have been personalized, customized, or made to order are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Items marked as “Final Sale”: These items cannot be returned or exchanged.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will offer a replacement or full refund for the damaged item. Please include photographic evidence of the damage to expedite the process.
6. Order Cancellations
